Steps to make 蛋白丝瓜枸杞汤

  • 1.丝瓜去皮,洗干净切段。
  • 2.切段的丝瓜,切条。
  • 3. 吧丝瓜条,放入碗中备用。
  • 4.鸡蛋黄,蛋清分离,只用蛋清。
  • 5.蛋清,用筷子,搅拌均匀备用。
  • 6.淀粉加80克水,搅拌均匀备用。
  • 7.锅中加入520克水,大火烧煮。
  • 8.煮开后,倒入丝瓜。
  • 9.滚开后,放入盐,搅拌均匀。
  • 10.关小火,倒入鸡蛋白。
  • 11.用铲子快速的搅拌,至鸡蛋白凝固。
  • 12.蛋白凝固定型后,放入枸杞,小火煮2分钟。
  • 13.把淀粉水,再次搅拌均匀后,倒入锅中。
  • 14.用铲子,不停的搅拌,至汤汁浓稠,关火。
  • 15.把汤盛入碗中,滴入麻油。
  • 16.搅拌均匀,即可上桌。
