昂子鱼烩豆腐
这个是靖涵爸爸版的昂子鱼烩豆腐,我们家的大菜一般都交给他烧,但是材料是我准备好的,老公对我弄美食特别支持,现在养成习惯了,东西一弄好就让我拍照,谢谢了,虽然有时我弄的不是很好吃,他也照单全收,真的很好。
现在天气渐渐转凉了,送上这道菜希望带给大家丝丝暖意哦。

Steps to make 昂子鱼烩豆腐

  • 1.昂子鱼四条,豆腐一块,其他材料适量。我喜欢吃香菜所以放的比较多,这道菜要是不放香菜可不好吃哦
  • 2.倒入适量油,等油烧开后放入生姜、干红辣椒和大蒜子
  • 3.把鱼放入锅中,翻炒之后依次倒入适量的生抽和酱油,然后放点盐调味,最后放点醋
  • 4.烧3分钟左右,锅中倒入水,没过鱼即可。然后放入豆腐,这样豆腐容易入味一些
  • 5.放入豆腐的画面,等快烧开后可放入辣椒增加辣味
  • 6.烧开后,关小火再烧一会,最后放入大蒜和香菜,尝尝不咸的话可以再放点盐,煮一会就可以上桌了。
  • 7.出锅喽,还可以吧,反正我是很有食欲哦,用汤炮饭可以一绝哦,看来减肥计划又泡汤了,呵呵
