  • 8.沿着盆边加入蛋白中
  • 9.用刮刀翻拌均匀
  • 10.模具稍微加热,两面都刷一层黄油
  • 11.倒入蛋糕糊,用力震出气泡
  • 12.盖上模具盖子
  • 13.将模具放炉火上,开小火,边加热边上下左右移动模具,加热1分钟后,翻面再加热1分钟
  • 14.适时打开观察,上色够了就关火
  • 15.立即脱模冷却
