巧克力戚风蛋糕
第一次做的戚风蛋糕,主要是为了做奶油蛋糕练手,呵呵。除了表面有点裂开了,其他还可以。

  • 低筋面粉60克
  • 白糖40克
  • 玉米油24ML
  • 鸡蛋3个
  • 牛奶24ML
  • 巧克力粉5克

Steps to make 巧克力戚风蛋糕

  • 1.分离蛋黄和蛋白。
  • 2.蛋黄加入牛奶、玉米油搅拌均匀。
  • 3.加入巧克力粉搅拌均匀成巧克力蛋黄糊。
  • 4.蛋白加入白醋、分3次加入白糖打发。
  • 5.打发好的蛋白糊,倒扣盆子不掉落。
  • 6.取1/3蛋白糊加入巧克力蛋黄糊中并切拌均匀。注意不要打圈以免消泡。
  • 7.将巧克力蛋黄糊全部倒入剩余的蛋白糊中。
  • 8.切拌均匀。
  • 9.模具刷上油。
  • 10.将蛋糕糊倒入模具中,用力震几下。烤箱150度预热,中层靠50分钟。第一次做温度和时间都没有把握好,烤得有点裂开了。
