  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.锅中烧热油,放入葱姜蒜朝天椒翻炒。
  • 3. 3:放入鸡肉翻炒,炸干水分。
  • 4.倒入酱油、十三香翻炒均匀,加砂糖,啤酒。
  • 5. 放入八角、大料、香叶等。
  • 6. 倒入水,漫过鸡肉。
  • 7.水开后小火慢慢炖鸡肉烂,放入滚刀的土豆块,再在上面放上宽粉,慢慢的焖。
  • 8.等土豆熟了放入青红灯笼椒,撒上食盐,鸡精即可。
