  • 1.准备30克龟苓膏粉
  • 2.用80克清水将龟苓膏粉调开成较稀的糊
  • 3.锅中放1000克水烧开
  • 4.将糊慢慢的倒入开水中,一边迅速搅拌
  • 5.煮开后约再煮3-4分钟后倒入玻璃碗中放凉
  • 6.放冰箱冷藏一个小时候拿出切小块
  • 7.加入适量桂花糖即可
