  • 1.准备食材
  • 2.蛋清蛋黄分离后,蛋黄中加入10g糖粉和牛奶
  • 3.加入橄榄油
  • 4.筛入低筋面粉
  • 5.搅拌均匀
  • 6.蛋清中加入3-4滴柠檬汁,便于打发
  • 7.分三次加入砂糖
  • 8.打发至尖角状
  • 9.三分之一蛋白倒入蛋黄液中,切拌均匀
  • 10.再倒回蛋白中
  • 11.继续切拌方式,
  • 12.烤盘铺油纸
  • 13.倒入烤盘中
  • 14.大力震出气泡
  • 15.烤箱预热,上下火180°,15分钟左右,根据自家烤箱适当调整
  • 16.取出后放在烤架上自然变凉,正面铺上油纸,反过来将底部油纸撕开,抹上适量蓝莓酱,借助油纸卷起,放入冰箱冷藏,便于切块
