  • 普通面粉300克
  • 白糖10g
  • 150g左右
  • 酵母3g
  • 香油3ml
  • 3g
  • 白胡椒粉3g
  • 小葱1把
  • 火腿肠1根

Steps to make 葱花火腿卷

  • 1.面粉,白糖,水和酵母放入面包机
  • 2.一个和面程序,揉成光滑的面团
  • 3.小葱一把,洗干净控水
  • 4.切成葱花待用
  • 5.火腿一根
  • 6.切丁,切小点,不然等下整形的时候容易掉
  • 7.如果没有面包机就自己揉,揉成这样不粘手光滑的面团即可
  • 8.不用醒发,垫子上撒点面粉「份量外」,直接擀开
  • 9.香油薄薄一层抹均匀
  • 10.白胡椒粉抹均匀
  • 11.最后撒盐抹匀,如果不喜欢白胡椒可以加其他自己喜欢的调料
  • 12.撒上刚才切好的葱花和火腿
  • 13.从下往上卷起来
  • 14.掐头去尾,中间的切成均匀的段
  • 15.取其中一个面团,用筷子在中间轻压,面团两边翘起
  • 16.轻拉面团,把面团拉长
  • 17.绕着手指弯下来,底部捏紧
  • 18.依次全部捏好
  • 19.蒸锅里加点水,盖上盖子醒发
  • 20.发酵至1.5倍左右差不多就好了
  • 21.锅里烧水,水烧开后放入花卷,10-15分钟即可,蒸好后关火不要立即开锅盖,焖一会再开
  • 22.蘸豆瓣酱,老干妈,简直是绝配,几口一个,完全停不下来
