Steps to make Scallion oil mixed noodles
- 1. Cool the oil in a cold pot, shred the scallions and fry slowly over low heat for 1-2 minutes.
- 2. Add scallion leaves and continue to fry slowly.
- 3. Fry the shredded scallions until they are slightly yellow and crispy (they will only be crispy after cooling).
- 4. Remove the shredded scallions and turn off the heat.
- 5. Quickly pour in soy sauce or seafood sauce.
- 6. Add a little dark drawing.
- 7. Add a little oyster sauce.
- 8. Stir well and pour into a bowl.
- 9. Put noodles under boiling water, cook until they swell and float, remove and let cool.
