喜欢去逛街的时候在路边的香豆腐车那里来上一份香豆腐.今天周末在家,自己动手学着煎了一回,感觉不错哦

    Steps to make 香煎孜辣豆腐

    • 1.北豆腐适量
    • 2.改刀切成自己喜欢的形状备用
    • 3.锅中加入水,加少许盐烧开后倒入豆腐,一分钟后取出沥干水份备用
    • 4.锅中加入适量油,烧热后放入豆腐,小火煎
    • 5.煎到这种程度就可以翻面煎,另外一面同样的煎到这样的程度
    • 6.刷上耗油.多刷一点,然后颠一下锅两面就均匀的沾上耗油了
    • 7.刷好耗油后,根据个人口味撒入孜然粉和辣椒粉,(喜欢的可以再撒点芝麻和葱花)
