Steps to make 苦瓜烧鱼

  • 1.在小黄花鱼上打上花刀,再将表面均匀的涂抹上一层生粉;
  • 2.将锅烧热, 用姜在锅底表面涂抹一遍;
  • 3.加入适量的油,把鱼放入其中煎制;
  • 4.将鱼的一面煎成金黄色后翻一面继续煎;
  • 5.煎至两面金黄色后层出;
  • 6.下入肉末和姜末一起煸炒;
  • 7. 煸炒微微出油后将鱼放入, 在加入适量的酱油, 料酒和水一起煮上五分钟;
  • 8.待鱼煮的六,七成熟的时候下入切好的苦瓜片一起煮;
  • 9.再煮上两,三分钟待鱼九成熟时加入盐, 胡椒调味, 下入彩椒;
  • 10.煮好后捞出鱼,留下的汤汁加入适量的水淀粉熬制浓稠;
  • 11.将芡汁浇在刚装入盘中的鱼身上;
  • 12.清热营养的苦瓜鱼就做好啦。
