    • 1.阳光下的乌饭树,摘取鲜嫩的叶子。
    • 2.乌饭叶清洗干净。
    • 3.叶子放料理机中,加水打成汁。
    • 4.过滤出汁水。
    • 5.糯米在乌饭汁中浸泡一晚上。
    • 6.糯米已经变成绿色了。
    • 7.上锅蒸熟(也可以在电饭煲中煮熟)。
    • 8.蒸好的乌米饭,颜色乌黑,有一种清香,可以按喜欢加佐料吃甜或咸味。
