香橙面包卷

  • 高粉250克
  • 细砂糖40克
  • 1/4小匙
  • 酵母粉4克
  • 全蛋55克
  • 橙子原汁100克
  • 橙皮屑1小匙
  • 黄油15克
  • 糖渍橘皮丁100克

Steps to make 香橙面包卷

  • 1.橙子清洗干净,将外皮刨成细丝。
  • 2.切成碎屑。
  • 3.把橙子榨出果汁。(我用了两个橙子。)
  • 4.把高粉、细砂糖、盐、鸡蛋、橙汁和酵母粉放入面包机搅拌20分钟后,加入黄油和橙皮屑。
  • 5.再搅拌20分钟后取出面团放入容器内,室温下发酵至2--2.5倍大。
  • 6.将面团滚圆,盖上保鲜膜,松驰约15分钟。
  • 7.将面团擀成长约28厘米、宽约22厘米的长方形。
  • 8.翻面后铺上均匀的糖渍橘皮丁,用手轻轻压平。
  • 9.卷成圆住体。卷时尽量密合,这样切块后的面团才不会松散。
  • 10.将圆柱体面团切割成8等份,切口朝上放入纸模内并盖上保鲜膜,进行二次发酵。
  • 11.发酵好的面团表面均匀地刷上蛋液,再撒上杏仁片或杏仁粒。
  • 12.放入预热好的烤箱中,180度烘焙约18分钟。
