1.将腊肠切片，与蒜沫一同下锅煎香。（因为腊肠在煎的时候会出油，所以不用再放油了。）![]()
2.将甜豆洗干净去掉两头的蒂，倒入锅中![]()
3.加少许盐，翻炒一下，然后倒入适量清水。![]()
4.调小火盖上锅盖煮大概3～5分钟待水分收干即可。
