Steps to make 糟熘鱼片

  • 1.片好的黑鱼片放入盆中加点料酒、盐、玉米淀粉拌匀腌制一会
  • 2.春笋焯水捞出
  • 3.豆瓣焯水捞出备用
  • 4.把春笋切成薄片
  • 5.锅中煮开水后,放入鱼片汆水
  • 6.等鱼片变色后捞出备用
  • 7.起油锅爆香蒜片姜片
  • 8.放入笋片、豆瓣翻炒均匀后加点水煮开
  • 9.加入鱼片炒匀后加点料酒
  • 10.加入糟卤汁炒匀
  • 11.淋上少许湿玉米淀粉勾芡即可
  • 12.出锅装盘
