  • 1.转换糖浆, 枧水和玉米油备用。
  • 2.取适量低筋粉。
  • 3.面粉炒至略上色即可,月饼模子备用。
  • 4.陈皮绿豆蓉备用,昨天已发过菜谱,需要可以前往。
  • 5.转化糖浆放入碗中。
  • 6.加入玉米油, 枧水,转化糖浆一起搅拌均匀。
  • 7.加入面粉中,用铲子上下翻动。

  • 13.将月饼放入磨具中压成饼状。
  • 14.依次做好放入烤盘中。
  • 15.ACA烤箱提前预热,上下烤200度十五分钟。
  • 16.十分钟刷入蛋液,一个蛋黄加水拌匀,刷在月饼表面,宁少勿多。
  • 17.时间到后取出装盘,待凉后密封保存,等回油口感更佳。
