  • 1.材料备好
  • 2.肉、青椒、香菇切碎
  • 3.把葱姜少许、生抽半茶勺、蚝油半茶勺、香油少许、饺子调料半茶勺、盐一茶勺、鸡精1茶勺、植物油放在一起和肉馅一起搅拌,
  • 4.放入香菇和青椒拌匀
  • 5.饺子皮备好
  • 6.饺子皮中间放上馅料
  • 7.两边对接,捏紧,两端不封口成锅贴
  • 8.锅内刷油
  • 9.将锅贴码放整齐,先煎一会,让锅贴底部定型
  • 10.放入少量水,盖上盖子,煎两三分钟后
  • 11.水分没有了,饺子底部至金黄色
