    Steps to make 东北大锅烙

    • 1.将肉馅放入酸菜.葱.姜.蒜.味精.盐.蚝油.色拉油.味精搅拌均匀后备用
    • 2.用开水将面粉烫均后待稍微凉后揉成面团
    • 3.将面团揉均后分成小分,取面剂一个,撖成一个圆形
    • 4.把馅放入圆形中,包成饺子形,在不沾锅中放入油,把包好的锅烙放入锅中
    • 5.最后把水倒在锅中,到锅烙的一半就行,盖上盖子,等锅中的水干了就可以吃了
