山楂蛋挞
用现成的蛋挞皮制作蛋挞真的非常省事,只需要根据个人口味,调整挞水的配方即可。这次我在挞水中加的是自制的山楂果酱,烤好的蛋挞,有一点酸甜的口感,非常好吃。

  • 淡奶油50克
  • 牛奶50克
  • 粟粉2克
  • 蛋黄2个
  • 山楂酱40克
  • 白砂糖10克

Steps to make 山楂蛋挞

  • 1.奶锅中加入牛奶,
  • 2.加入淡奶油,
  • 3.加入白砂糖,
  • 4.搅拌均匀后,煮开,
  • 5.加入粟粉,快速搅拌均匀,
  • 6.温度晾至30度以下时,加入蛋黄和山楂果酱,
  • 7.搅拌均匀,即为挞水,
  • 8.将挞水倒入蛋挞皮中,9分满,
  • 9.入预热好的烤箱,中层,200度,上下火,烤20分钟,
  • 10.烤好的山楂蛋挞。
