细腻绵软口感超赞的----【戚风蛋糕卷】
提起蛋糕卷,那还要追溯到我刚刚玩烘焙的时候呢,那时候不会做面包,就经常做蛋糕、蛋糕卷,想想是有日子没做蛋糕卷了。其实我不怎么爱吃甜食,所以自从会做面包之后就很少做蛋糕了, 老公过生日我做了个生日蛋糕,淡奶油用不了就剩下一些,本来打算做热狗面包呢,时间问题就改成做蛋糕卷了,正好消耗掉一部分的淡奶油,儿子也喜欢吃奶油,估计今晚回来这小子见了心里不知会怎么美呢。

  • 白醋几滴
  • 白砂糖50克
  • 牛奶40克
  • 色拉油40克

Steps to make 细腻绵软口感超赞的----【戚风蛋糕卷】

  • 1.分离蛋清和蛋黄,将蛋清里面滴入几滴白醋
  • 2.分三次加入30克白糖,将蛋清打发到呈小直尖角即可
  • 3.蛋黄盆里加入20克白糖搅拌均匀,然后再加入牛奶和色拉油搅拌均匀。
  • 4.将低粉过筛后加入蛋黄液里
  • 5.翻拌均匀
  • 6.取少许蛋清放入蛋黄液里,翻拌均匀。
  • 7.再倒回到蛋清里面
  • 8.上下翻拌均匀,呈非常细腻的蛋糊待用
  • 9.然后倒进铺油纸的烤盘中,用刮板刮平表面,再蹲几下将气泡排出。
  • 10.入预热好的烤箱里烤熟121度20分钟136度8分钟下层(各家烤箱不同温度自定)
  • 11.烤好的蛋糕揭去油纸放凉抹上打发好的淡奶油
  • 12.卷起来后收口朝下放置一会固定,然后用面包刀切成大小合适的蛋卷,我做了一些装饰,用裱花袋挤上几个奶油然后放上石榴,哈哈看起来蛮漂亮的。
