红枣枸杞双皮奶

Steps to make 红枣枸杞双皮奶

  • 1.材料有,鸡蛋4个,枸杞红枣牛奶一盒,蜜枣4颗。
  • 2.牛奶倒入碗里,等水开放锅里换中火蒸10分钟。
  • 3.蛋黄和蛋清分离,只用蛋清,把蛋清Z型搅拌50下。
  • 4.蒸好的奶不要急等表面起一层蛋皮再备用。
  • 5.把碗里表面奶皮用筷子扎个小口,缓缓从小口处把奶倒入另个碗。
  • 6.第一个碗里奶倒入第二碗里的奶不要全倒完,留点可以完整保存好奶皮要不奶皮会干的。
  • 7.把蛋清用过滤网倒入牛奶里,网里最后剩下的泡沫蛋清就不要倒牛奶里了,当然是尽量过滤干净,搅拌Z 型60下。
  • 8.再把牛奶沿着碗边之前扎的小口缓缓倒回去。
  • 9.包好保鲜膜放锅蒸,水开后中火20分钟,关火后再停留锅里8分钟后再开锅取出。
  • 10.蜜枣切成1cm宽备用。
  • 11.时间到取出奶皮,在表面用蜜枣点缀下就可以了。
