Steps to make 蜜汁双薯

  • 1.准备所需食材
  • 2.将双薯洗净去皮,切成小块入锅蒸熟
  • 3.将蒸熟后的双薯压成泥,分别加入15g糯米粉搅拌均匀
  • 4.取适量紫薯泥,压成圆饼状
  • 5.放入适量红薯泥
  • 6.将其轻轻团起,做出小紫薯的样子
  • 7.整好后放入盘中,依次做好其余薯泥
  • 8.将双薯重新放回锅内蒸上6分钟左右
  • 9.取出洒上适量白芝麻
  • 10.淋上适量蜂蜜,即食
