自制肉夹馍----给远在他乡的你
陕西娃就好这口肉夹馍,虽然楼下买一个回来方便又快捷,但是身在异乡的好胖友总是吃不到正宗的肉夹馍,这下可以自己在家做了哟,从馍到肉全部手动!

Details of ingredients

  • 猪肉500克
  • 面粉500克
  • 酵母2克
  • 食用碱2克
  • 一根
  • 3片
  • 八角1个
  • 香叶3片
  • 桂皮1小片
  • 草果1个
  • 肉蔻1个
  • 良姜1小块
  • 丁香10颗
  • 花椒一小把
  • 白芷2片
  • 白糖50克

Steps to make 自制肉夹馍----给远在他乡的你

  • 1.熬糖色:白糖和一点点水放在锅里,不停的搅拌到融化,冒泡而且颜色变深,倒入热水煮均匀
  • 2.把肉切块洗干净,放到锅里面,水煮开以后撇去浮沫,再煮几分钟以后捞出来,把肉冲干净,锅里的水倒掉
  • 3.把冲干净的猪肉放在锅里,加水,煮开以后放葱,姜,盐,糖色,和调料里面的炖肉料,搅拌均匀小火炖煮两个小时
  • 4.酵母,食用碱和食用油放到面粉里,加水和成光滑的面团,盖上发酵一个小时
  • 5.然后。。。这一步没有拍,就画下来了,把面分成小面团,再擀成长条,然后卷起来。因为我第一次用烤箱烤饼,怕烤的太干,就擀的厚了一点
  • 6.卷好就是这样的。然后从上面压扁,再擀成适合的饼的大小,因为是发面的,也不用很厚
  • 7.这一步到底能不能添加上去了!!!!!!烤箱上下火180度25分钟!!!!!
  • 8.叮!饼出锅啦!
  • 9.把煮好的肉,和肉汤一起捞在案板上,剁碎,饼从中间切开,夹进去就好啦,香喷喷的肉夹馍就完成了哟~~~
