Steps to make 广式腊肠炒饭

  • 1.胡萝卜洗净,鸡蛋,广式腊肠,剩米饭准备。
  • 2.胡萝卜取半根去皮切成丁,广式腊肠去除肠衣切小丁,鸡蛋加入少许料酒打散。
  • 3.锅中放油炒鸡蛋至九成熟捞出备用。
  • 4.锅中放油炒腊肠,制出香味,并且把腊肠中的肥肉炼成油,然后放入胡萝卜丁煸炒一分钟。
  • 5.放入米饭和炒好的鸡蛋,煸炒至米饭松散,撒盐和蔬菜鲜炒匀。
  • 6.盛出即可。
