家乡风味小炒青椒

Steps to make 家乡风味小炒青椒

  • 1.我用的是这种高安尖椒,洗净;
  • 2.横切成小丁;
  • 3.准备好豆豉和蒜末;
  • 4.炒锅放适量菜籽油(传统做法用油量比较多),烧至五成热,下豆豉和蒜末炒香;
  • 5.倒入尖椒,炒匀;
  • 6.放老抽和盐,炒匀;
  • 7.至青椒变软、变蔫,放鸡精和少许香油,炒匀即可;
