Steps to make 香醉鹅肝配蚝油香醋汁

  • 1.猪肝打成猪肝酱。
  • 2.加入所需要的调料拌匀放置5分钟入味。
  • 3.拌好的猪肝酱放进蒸锅里蒸熟,冷却后端出,倒出多余的水。
  • 4.见猪肝酱不太泥,再用木棒棒成酱泥,如图。
  • 5.取一个模型做成圆形,如图。放进冰箱准藏室冷藏一晚上定型。
  • 6.取豆皮3张。
  • 7.放进油锅里小火炸酥。
  • 8.放进油锅里小火炸酥。
  • 9.取2张炸好的豆皮摆碗底。
  • 10.准备好的调汁料配成碗中待用。调汁根椐自已口味调汁。
  • 11.取另一张炸好的豆皮切丁。
  • 12.再从冰箱取出猪肝泥放进摆好的豆皮上。
  • 13.再码上切好的豆皮丁。
  • 14.淋上李锦记味蚝鲜。
  • 15.淋上李锦记蒸鱼豉油。
  • 16.再淋上调好的调汁。最后淋上李锦记纯香芝麻油即成。
