奶油泡芙
家庭自制奶油泡芙,烤的时候没留神,有点上色过了,不过不影响口感,味道不比外面卖的差,用的安佳淡奶油,吃得放心!

Steps to make 奶油泡芙

  • 1.材料备好称好。
  • 2.我用的不粘锅,牛奶、盐和黄油放锅里煮开,关火,筛入低粉拌匀,开小火加热1分钟,边加热边搅拌。
  • 3.将面糊倒出晾温,鸡蛋打散搅拌均匀,过一遍筛,分4次将蛋液倒入面糊中搅拌均匀,注意每次都要拌匀哦。
  • 4.最后成这个样子就好了。
  • 5.装入裱花袋,挤出,我用的不沾烤盘,怕沾的话烤盘铺一层硅油纸,我用的大号花嘴,有点太大了,推荐用中号的。
  • 6.烤箱200℃预热后放入烘烤,烤得时候多观察,上色太过就调下温度。我去拖地了没注意观察,烤出来上色就过了。你会发现,面糊像包子似的长胖起来了,大概15分钟,烤好后关火闷5分钟。
  • 7.看,里面都是空的,可以放奶油。
  • 8.150g奶油,分次加入糖打发。
  • 9.打发好的奶油装入裱花袋,用小号花嘴在泡芙底部戳个洞挤入奶油。
  • 10.做好的内部图。
