  • 1.澳洲西冷牛排两片解冻,不要洗,用厨房纸巾擦去血水。

  • 3.抓匀用叉子两面排着扎一遍,更易入味儿。
  • 4.水中放盐,西兰花焯至断生捞出。
  • 5.土豆块焯八成熟。
  • 6.电饼铛中适量橄榄油烧热,焯好的土豆放入。
  • 7.腌好的牛排。
  • 8.煎至有一层焦黄,撒上黑胡椒粒盛出。
  • 9.腌好的牛排放入,煎20秒。
  • 10.翻面,再煎20秒。
  • 11.黄油放入。
  • 12.两面煎至自己喜欢的熟度。
  • 13.摆盘。挤上黑胡椒酱,磨上适量里胡椒粉。即成。先不要急着吃,放几分钟,让汁水锁在里面。
