  • 1.准备原材料新鲜的鸭翅。
  • 2.锅中烧开水料酒放入鸭翅焯水断生去除油脂和杂质。
  • 3.焯好水的鸭翅料酒放入冷水中过凉多冲洗几遍。
  • 4.洗净处理好的鸭翅沥干水份。
  • 5.锅中倒入底油加热放入花椒和八角炸香再放入葱姜蒜爆香。
  • 6.倒入调味料一品鲜酱油、蚝油、糖、郫县豆瓣酱炒匀。
  • 7.放入鸭翅大火快速翻炒入味使鸭翅均匀的裹上酱料。
  • 8.添加适量清水几乎没过鸭翅盖上锅盖大火炖起来。
  • 9.鸭翅炖至汤汁不多时放入盐和味精调味。
  • 10.汤汁㸆干时鸭翅完全入味即可出锅享用。
  • 11.好吃到爆的红烧鸭翅装入盘中就大功告成啦。
