  • 4.炝入热油。
  • 5.把葱和香菜切碎,放入酱料碗中。
  • 6.加入酱油、陈醋、椒盐粉、糖、香油,拌匀。
  • 7.盐焗鸡斩件装盘,把拌好的酱汁浇入鸡肉表面。
  • 8.再放入炒花生碎即可。
  • 9.成品。盐焗鸡和口水鸡结合,果然非常好吃。
