Steps to make 抹茶大理石饼干(抹茶控必备)

  • 1.将黄油室温软化后加入糖粉用电动打蛋器搅打发至轻盈羽毛状。
  • 2.打散鸡蛋,然后将鸡蛋液分两次加入黄油中,每加一次都要充分与黄油融合后再加下一次。
  • 3.筛入低筋面粉,用刮刀搅拌成均匀的面团,这时面团有些粘手。
  • 4.取出一半面团放在一旁备用,剩下的一半筛入抹茶粉,用刮刀拌成绿色面团,颜色均匀即可,不要过度搅拌。
  • 5.两种颜色的面团取出放在案板上(案板和手上都稍微撒一些面粉防粘),稍稍揉合,不要过度,否则就没有大理石花纹了。
  • 6.将面团揉成长条状的圆柱体,用保鲜膜包好,放入冰箱冷冻半小时。
  • 7.半小时后取出面团,后切片成0.7cm左右厚度的小圆片,排放在铺了烤纸的烤盘里。烤箱175度预热十分钟,放入烤盘,烤20分钟即可。
  • 8.第二次做有的花纹还凑合吧...第一次没有大理石花纹,顶多算是个双色饼干╮(╯▽╰)╭。好的抹茶粉做出来的颜色才好看,照片拍的还是有色差了。还有一个抹茶戚风蛋糕卷,下次发。
