葡萄干蜂蜜蛋糕
这是丸子暑假回老家的时候,我给她做的蛋糕。一个多月没看到丸子,心里十分想念。总是想着看到丸子要把她紧紧着抱着,然后狠狠地亲上一口。
回家看望丸子,做娘的总想亲手做点什么以表心意。时间又比较仓促,就选了这款做法比较简单,味道却一点不差的的蜂蜜蛋糕。家里还有些葡萄干,想着丸子应该喜欢吃,就在蜂蜜蛋糕的基础上又加了些葡萄干。
下面是准备出炉的蜂蜜蛋糕,最爱小点心们在烤箱里的样子~~~~~~

  • 鸡蛋100g
  • 蜂蜜40g
  • 色拉油(如玉米油)30ml
  • 葡萄干小许

Steps to make 葡萄干蜂蜜蛋糕

  • 1.原料准备齐全。
  • 2.将细砂糖、蜂蜜倒入大碗中,在碗中打入鸡蛋。
  • 3.锅里倒热水,把盛鸡蛋的大碗放在热水里,用电动打蛋器将鸡蛋打发。
  • 4.一开始用低速搅拌,等到形成细腻的乳沫。
  • 5.换高速搅拌,在打发的过程中,鸡蛋会越来越浓稠。
  • 6.直到将鸡蛋打发到非常浓稠的状态,提起打蛋器时,滴落的蛋糊可以蛋糊表面划出花纹且花纹维持较长时间不会消失,同时打蛋器头上保持有2至3厘米的蛋糊不会滑落。
  • 7.用橡皮刮刀以从底部向上翻拌的形式,将面粉和蛋糊彻底拌匀。不要打圈搅拌,以免打发好的鸡蛋消泡。面粉可以分两次筛入,将第一次的面糊拌匀以后,再第二次筛入面粉。
  • 8.在拌好的面糊里倒入30ml的色拉油,也采用翻拌的形式拌匀,成为蛋糕糊。
