  • 2.玉米洗净切块
  • 3.排骨洗净,姜片准备好
  • 4.胡萝卜洗净去皮切块
  • 5.排骨焯水后捞出
  • 6.加入砂锅中、加入姜、加入适量水
  • 7.加入玉米
  • 8.加入黑木耳,大火煮开
  • 9.转小火
  • 10.煮十分钟后加入胡萝卜
  • 11.后期加盐调味即可。
