说到这个慕斯,其实我最近特别喜欢颜色鲜艳的甜品,感觉时间都明媚起来。简单又好做,切开是不是很漂亮?

Steps to make 彩虹慕斯

  • 1.先将消化饼放入保鲜袋中,用擀面杖压成末状;
  • 2.黄油隔水融化成液体;
  • 3.将饼干末倒入,翻拌均匀;
  • 4.将拌好的饼干末倒入6寸圆形活底蛋糕模中;
  • 5.用手压实,放入冰箱冷藏,开始制作慕斯部分;
  • 6.将原味酸奶倒入盆中;
  • 7.加入糖粉,用手动打蛋器拌匀;
  • 8.将吉利丁片放入冷水中泡软;
  • 9.然后再隔水加热到融化;
  • 10.把融化并已经不烫手的吉利丁液倒入酸奶糊中,搅拌均匀;
  • 11.将淡奶油放入盆中;
  • 12.用电动打蛋器打至7分发,出现纹路即可;
  • 13.把打发好的淡奶油倒入酸奶糊中,用刮刀翻拌均匀,慕斯糊就做好了;
  • 14. 把慕斯糊分成5份,分别做成5种不同的颜色;
  • 15.白色的就留在盆中,其他四个颜色用一次性纸杯即可;在分好的纸杯慕斯糊中,加入你喜欢的色素一两滴,用筷子搅拌均匀;
  • 16.这时取出蛋糕模,把白色的慕斯糊先倒进去,轻磕一下模具,让慕斯糊铺的均匀;
  • 17.然后开始加入带颜色的慕斯糊,顺序按照自己喜欢即可;
  • 18.不过每一个慕斯糊在倒入的时候,一定要从中心开始倒入,这样才能散开的更加均匀;
  • 19. 全部倒完之后,不要轻磕模具,不需要震出气泡,因为震动会让颜色花掉,如果有气泡,可以用牙签挑破;
  • 20.然后放入冰箱中冷藏4小时以上,即可取出脱模。
