【简单の早餐】素炒年糕
这是昨天的早餐没加什么肉肉来做,本来想放点鸡蛋来着的,哪知鸡蛋用完了,来不急去买就没放了。大家喜欢的话可以自己在制作的时候加点鸡蛋来吃吧,色彩应该很漂亮呢!

  • 料酒1勺
  • 白糖删除

Steps to make 【简单の早餐】素炒年糕

  • 1.准备好材料。
  • 2.香葱和胡萝卜洗净后,各自切好备用。
  • 3.将豆芽清洗干净,掐掉头尾。(嫌麻烦可省略)
  • 4.年糕用开水稍稍太软。(用手按按稍稍可以弯曲即可,不用烫熟)
  • 5..然后立即拿出用凉水冲洗下,不要粘着。
  • 6.锅内倒少许油,把胡萝卜丝放入翻炒下出锅备用。(煸炒后容易被人体吸收营养)
  • 7.锅内重新倒油把沥干水分的年糕放入翻炒,加入料酒1勺。
  • 8.加入白糖少许。
  • 9.盐1小勺。
  • 10.酱油1勺。(不喜欢可不加)
  • 11.翻炒2分钟左右。(如果年糕还是有点硬的话,可加少许清水翻炒)
  • 12.把豆芽和煸好的萝卜丝放入翻炒均匀。
  • 13.最后撒点鸡精和葱花炒匀。
  • 14.最后焖会即可出锅。
