巧克力装饰蛋糕

  • 柠檬汁几滴
  • 水麦芽1克

Steps to make 巧克力装饰蛋糕

  • 1.将蛋清和蛋黄分离,取蛋黄加入20 克白糖搅拌均匀
  • 2.继续加入色拉油和水搅拌均匀,将低粉、泡打粉、盐、可可粉混合过筛后一起搅拌均匀
  • 3.蛋清加入几滴柠檬汁,电动打蛋器打出大泡后将30克白糖分3次加入,打发。
  • 4.取1/3打发的蛋清和可可粉糊拌匀后倒回余下的蛋清中,开始拌匀。
  • 5.拌好的蛋糕糊倒入6寸烤盘,轻磕烤盘几下,将气泡震出,烤箱提前预热至180℃,中下层,上下火,烤约35分钟至熟透,取出晾凉。
  • 6.淡奶油加入少许可可粉打发,晾凉的蛋糕切成3片,分别抹上可可奶油,叠起。
  • 7.蛋糕外层也抹上奶油后筛上一层可可粉。
  • 8.巧克力切碎,隔水加热至融化
  • 9.融化的巧克力涂抹于洗净无水的叶子背面,待巧克力凝结,撕去叶子,巧克力叶子就完成了
  • 10.余下的巧克力浆中加入水麦芽,搅拌均匀,装保鲜袋入冰箱冷藏,凝结后,取出,切成黄豆大小,分别搓圆,取一个圆子,搓成锥形做花蕊。
  • 11.再取5-6个圆子压扁后包裹于花蕊外面,花朵就完成了
  • 12.在蛋糕面上撒上少许巧克力屑,装饰上巧克力叶和花,这款蛋糕就完成了
