桑葚的季节到了,周末买了许多,用淡盐水冲洗干净就可以吃了。也用它做了甜品,颜色和味道都很好。用酸奶替代了淡奶油,热量大大降低了,口感也酸甜可口。

Steps to make 草莓桑葚酸奶慕斯

  • 1.奥利奥去掉夹心。
  • 2.擀碎。
  • 3.黄油用温水隔水化开,倒入奥利奥碎。
  • 4.放入模具,用擀面杖或者勺背压实。
  • 5.放入冰箱冷藏半小时。
  • 6.吉利丁粉用凉水泡一会,再隔水化开。
  • 7.桑葚加一半的酸奶,放入料理机。
  • 8.搅打成酸奶桑葚汁。
  • 9.同样的方法搅打出草莓酸奶汁。
  • 10.吉利丁液充分化开。
  • 11.吉利丁液加入草莓酸奶汁。
  • 12.剩下的吉利丁液加入桑葚酸奶汁。
  • 13.两种都充分搅拌均匀。
  • 14.取出饼底,轻轻倒入草莓酸奶汁。
  • 15.放入冰箱冷藏一个小时,让它凝固。
  • 16.再取出,倒入桑葚酸奶汁。如此反复两次,用完两种味道的酸奶汁,然后放入冰箱冷藏过夜。
  • 17.第二天,取出,用吹风脱模,表面装饰水果,撒糖粉。
