虾米干贝粥

Steps to make 虾米干贝粥

  • 1.准备食材:大米、干贝、虾米、葱、姜等;
  • 2.大米、干贝分别洗净,浸泡30分钟;
  • 3.大米捞出沥干水,放油拌均腌制10分钟;PS:此步不能省,这样粥滑细
  • 4.把腌制好的大米、干贝、生姜切丝,放入压力锅,煲30分钟;
  • 5.利用煲粥的时间,把虾米、葱白煸香,葱叶切好;
  • 6.煲好的粥焖10分钟,开盖,把煸好的虾米葱白、葱末、盐一起加入拌均即可
