白萝卜炖牛筋
不管牛肉还是牛筋,跟白萝卜可是绝配啊。加一下香料一起炖,味道马上提升,很美味哦。

    Steps to make 白萝卜炖牛筋

    • 1.白萝卜一根,洗净刨皮切小块。(要与牛筋一起压可以考虑切大块点)
    • 2.牛筋洗净。
    • 3.葱洗净切段,姜切丝,八角一个,桂皮一小片,白胡椒几颗。
    • 4.锅里烧开水,加入牛筋焯一下去除血水。
    • 5.牛筋去除血沫,捞出沥干水分。
    • 6.锅里烧干,加入白胡椒干烧一下出香味即熄火。
    • 7.用锅铲柄把白胡椒压碎。(这样处理会更香)
    • 8.加入调和油烧热。
    • 9.加入牛筋翻炒。
    • 10.翻炒一会,加入两勺生抽,一小勺盐,八角,桂皮,姜丝和葱白段一起,加水烧制一会。(不想吃太韧,这里可以先用高压锅压)
    • 11.加入白萝卜,添水至稍淹食材即可,适量再加点生抽。
    • 12.加盖大火烧开。
    • 13.烧开一会后,转移到电高压锅内胆,置电高压锅中,调节高压,压15分钟。
    • 14.压好等待减压,打开后加入葱段,再盖上盖子稍焖。
    • 15.搅拌均匀,盛出即可。
