  • 1.以上食材称重。
  • 2.黄油倒入锅中,不用软化。
  • 3.加入糖粉。
  • 4.水饴。
  • 5.小火融化。
  • 6.搅拌均匀后,静置晾凉。
  • 7.面粉过筛。
  • 8.凉的黄油液体中加入鸡蛋,混合均匀。
  • 9.液体筛入面粉中。
  • 10.翻拌均匀。
  • 11.和成面团。
  • 12.放入密封袋。
  • 13.擀匀,放入冷藏室1小时。
  • 14.在冷冻好的面饼稍微融化后,用模具刻出形状。
  • 15.放在烤盘上静置,烤箱预热,170度20分钟,即可。
