抹茶双拼铜锣烧
想吃豆沙馅的时候怎么办?用勺子大口大口挖着吃,会不会有点儿单调?所以做了点儿添加了抹茶粉的铜锣烧,再烧好的铜锣烧中间加入厚厚的一层豆沙,再来点儿花生酱,口感双重,感觉超棒!

  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 抹茶粉5g
  • 低筋面粉20g
  • 豆沙馅30g
  • 花生酱20g
  • 泡打粉2g
  • 白糖15g
  • 玉米油15g

Steps to make 抹茶双拼铜锣烧

  • 1.鸡蛋打入碗中,加入玉米油,先加入少部分的清水。
  • 2.搅拌均匀。
  • 3.筛入低粉、泡打粉和抹茶粉。
  • 4.搅拌均匀至无颗粒,顺滑、流动的状态即可。(看面糊的黏稠程度后期再添加水。)
  • 5.小火加热锅子,不倒油,摊入一勺面团。
  • 6.小火慢慢加热,面饼逐渐产生气孔。
  • 7.定型后翻面,稍微烧一下即可。
  • 8.依次做完面糊。拿两片,一层抹豆沙馅,另一层抹花生酱。
  • 9.两片贴到一起。切开~
  • 10.也可以是纯豆馅儿。
  • 11.浓浓的花生香和绵密的豆子。
  • 12.开吃啦~
