Steps to make 5分钟煮好花胶元贝炖香菇鸡腿汤

  • 1.先将鱼胶放入煮沸的姜水中飞水,去除表面鱼油血迹,起到去腥的作用。用清水泡洗元贝,撕成小块。洗干净鸡腿、鲜香菇。
  • 2.将所有食材放入高压锅内煮沸5分钟;或者放入锅具内煲(或隔水炖)2小时左右。起锅前放入少许葱段、少许盐。无需另外加食用油,因为鸡腿本身会分离出少许油脂。(喜欢胡椒味道的亲还可以加入少许胡椒粉提鲜哦)
  • 3.放入碗内摆盘,瞬间食欲爆棚了,有木有?香味扑鼻。
  • 4.加入方便面就是一锅美味十足的杂酱面,撒上老干妈,简直是食指大动哦。
