  • 坚果40g
  • 牛奶60g
  • 玉米油60g

Steps to make 坚果蛋糕

  • 1.准备两个无油无水干净的盆,蛋清蛋黄分离至两个盆内。
  • 2.蛋黄加入玉米油和牛奶,用蛋抽充分搅拌均匀。
  • 3.筛入蛋糕粉,搅拌成细腻的面糊。
  • 4.蛋清加入几滴柠檬汁,用打蛋器打发膨胀,拉出的小勾是垂直状态即可。
  • 5.蛋黄面糊内先加入1/3的蛋白霜,搅拌均匀。
  • 6.再把剩下的加入继续搅拌均匀。
  • 7.分别装至小杯和铝铂烤盘内。
  • 8.准备两包坚果。
  • 9.把坚果粒放入蛋糕表面,分别用烤箱和空气炸锅烤制。
  • 10.铝箔烤盘的放入空气炸锅。
  • 11.空气炸锅155度烤40分钟。
  • 12.成品。
  • 13.蛋糕纸杯装的放入提前预热好的烤箱,160度烤35分钟。
  • 14.看表面上色均匀。
  • 15.用铝箔纸盖上,继续烤至结束。
  • 16.时间至,出炉。
  • 17.成品。蓬松不软塌,非常漂亮。
