雪花手撕包
自从买了烤箱后,这个配方做的面包基本没有失败过,大伙也可以试试!

  • 低筋粉50克
  • 牛奶100克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 2克
  • 25克
  • 酵母3克
  • 黄油30克
  • 豆沙200克

Steps to make 雪花手撕包

  • 1.准备好所有材料
  • 2.把除了黄油以外的牛奶、鸡蛋、盐、糖、面粉、酵母依次放好
  • 3.面包机揉面功能20分钟后加入黄油继续揉
  • 4.直到揉出手套膜为止
  • 5.揉好的面盖上保鲜膜放入烤箱进行40分钟的发酵
  • 6.发酵好的面团平均分成4份
  • 7.擀成八寸模底大小
  • 8.在面皮上均匀涂上豆沙
  • 9.几张面皮叠在一起
  • 10.将面皮分成4份,切记中间不能切断
  • 11.一共分成16份
  • 12.拿起一块面皮往里转一下,另一块朝转好的面皮方向也转一下
  • 13.弄好的花型稍微整理一下
  • 14.放入烤箱进行2次发酵,也是40分钟
  • 15.发酵好的面包刷上蛋液,放点芝麻
  • 16.放入烤箱180°,20分钟
  • 17.成品出炉,因为我烤的20多分钟,所以颜色上的有点深,不过不影响口感
  • 18.美美哒,可以撕着吃的雪花
