水果奶油蛋糕怎么做最快
奶油蛋糕是我无法抗拒的,感觉几天不吃就好像生活中少了点什么。吃上一口一天都是好心情。小伙伴们平时做小蛋糕可能都会用戚风模具来制作,但是这样烘烤的时间比较长,晾的时间也长。今天我用蛋糕卷来制作,非常的简单,重点是烘烤时间短,晾的时间也短。凉的非常快,一起来看一下做法吧。

  • 玉米油50克
  • 牛奶65克
  • 淡奶油50克
  • 糖粉4克
  • 佳沛金果1个

  • 1.准备好要用到的材料。将玉米油和牛奶混合搅拌至乳化。
  • 2.筛入低筋面粉用手动打蛋器画“Z”字形搅拌均匀。
  • 3.加入蛋黄同样画“Z”字形搅拌均匀。
  • 4.蛋白加几滴白醋,分三次加入细砂糖打发至大弯勾。
  • 5.取三分之一蛋白糊加入到蛋黄糊中翻拌均匀。
  • 6.再与剩下的三分之二蛋白糊混合翻拌均匀。
  • 7.把蛋糕糊倒入12寸烤盘中,震几下,把大气泡震出来。
  • 8.烤箱180度预热10分钟后放入,烤箱内实际温度165度烤22分钟左右。
  • 9.出炉脱模,放凉。
  • 10.放几分钟卷起来了(这里可以卷奶油哈),再切成需要大小的块即可。
  • 11.淡奶油加糖粉打至6分发,淋在蛋糕上。
  • 12.表面可以装饰自已喜欢的水里就OK了。
