  • 黑猪梅花肉500g

  • 蒜瓣3个
  • 叉烧酱3勺
  • 蚝油1勺
  • 砂糖1小勺
  • 少许
  • 生抽2勺
  • 鸡粉少许
  • 蜂蜜2勺

Steps to make 蜜汁叉烧

  • 1.买回的黑猪梅花肉
  • 2.洗净沥过水份,切成长条后放入盆中加入叉烧酱、蚝油、料酒、盐、糖、生抽、鸡粉和蒜末搅拌均匀
  • 3.按摩一会后,把猪肉连酱汁一起倒入保鲜袋中入冰箱冷藏过夜
  • 4.取出腌制好的猪肉放在烤架上
  • 5.刷上一层蜂蜜
  • 6.放入预热好的烤箱200度烤20分钟
  • 7.时间到取出后翻面再刷上一层蜂蜜
  • 8.再次放入烤箱200度烤20分钟
  • 9.稍微冷却后切成薄片即可
