    Steps to make 原汁原味---清蒸海上鲜

    • 1.鲈鱼宰好,除内脏,洗净。
    • 2.将鱼脊骨处切开,防止蒸熟后变形。
    • 3.用料酒、少许盐揉匀鱼身、肚,码上姜葱丝腌制20分钟。
    • 4.锅内烧开水,大火蒸6-7分钟。
    • 5.关火,接着虚蒸5-8分钟取出,蒸鱼水倒掉,去掉葱姜丝。
    • 6.蒸鱼豉油加少许水调成味汁。
    • 7.将味汁淋在鱼上,撒葱姜丝、彩椒丝。
    • 8.淋入烧热明油即可食用。
