百合杂粮粥
秋季宜养肺,百合则是润肺佳品,我今天是用了新鲜的百合还有百合花,这个百合花就是这种百合开的花,是干品。搭配多谷米来做一个润肺养颜的粥。

Steps to make 百合杂粮粥

  • 1.多谷米半杯清水洗净。
  • 2.锅里加水放入多谷米,小火煮30分钟左右。
  • 3.新鲜的百合掰开洗净。
  • 4.干的百合花。
  • 5.清水洗净。
  • 6.粥煮半小时后加入百合花继续小火煮15分钟左右。
  • 7.煮到粥比较浓稠放入百合。鲜百合很容易就煮面了,小火煮5分钟即可。
  • 8.煮到浓稠就可以了。
