Steps to make 一品鲜豆腐

  • 1.准备好材料,洗净切好。
  • 2.姜丝下锅煸香,下入肉片熬出油来。
  • 3.加冬笋片多炒一会儿,这是味道鲜的关键,翻动要略快一些,不能把冬笋衣煎焦了,又要充分炒,出去冬笋中的涩味。
  • 4.炒好加料酒,味极鲜酱油。
  • 5.煮一会儿。
  • 6.切好的豆腐块下锅。
  • 7.用锅铲使豆腐贴锅面煎一会儿。
  • 8.加盐适量。
  • 9.香菇入锅,轻轻翻动,调料拌均匀。
  • 10.焖一会儿,香菇有水分,水分出来,生涩味也去掉了。
  • 11.旁边灶上炖开水,加上少量干辣椒,热菜入热锅,鲜味更加增。
  • 12.把菜倒入炖锅中,,中小火炖10分钟以上。
  • 13.炖好前两分钟加入青红椒块和大蒜叶,鲜美又好看。可以开锅吃喽!
