哈根达斯冰淇淋算是业界内的“龙头老大”,人家大不大跟咱没关系,但吃一份却要付出“代价”的,所以,还是自己在家鼓捣,随心所欲实现冰淇淋自由。

今儿我先来分享有颜值有内涵的火龙果冰淇淋,千万别以为做法有多难。超-级-简-单!

  • 火龙果130克
  • 淡奶油150克
  • 牛奶150克
  • 鸡蛋黄2个
  • 细砂糖30克

Steps to make 火龙果冰淇淋

  • 1.材料大合影:淡奶油,牛奶,蛋黄,火龙果,细砂糖;用量可以微调。
  • 2.细砂糖倒入蛋黄碗中。
  • 3.搅拌均匀后,隔热水加热,使蛋黄变熟变浅。
  • 4.加入牛奶混合均匀,晾凉后再使用。
  • 5.火龙果切皮切块,碾成果泥,有少许颗粒也不要紧。
  • 6.火龙果泥、牛奶蛋黄液、淡奶油同入冰淇淋装料桶中,搅拌扇叶在装料前或者装料后安装均可,将冰淇淋桶安放进柏翠IC1280冰淇淋机中。
  • 7.扣好盖子,选择“冰淇淋”程序,默认60分钟,可以随自己喜欢的口感来增减时间,最快40分钟可出软质冰淇淋,我用了50分钟。
  • 8.这是制作25分钟时的状态,体积已经明显增大。
  • 9.这是50分钟完成时的状态,妥妥的完美冰淇淋,赶快挖取几勺放杯里,和家人好友一起享用啦!
